We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with relevant experience and a degree in chemistry, material science, or engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will be trained on cutting-edge equipment designed, serviced, and operated by YES.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of new processes, hardware, and controls to improve film and productivity performance for various applications.
  • Optimize current processes for polymer cure, monolayer coat, reflow, and PR strip/descum.
  • Create and manage process project schedules to meet business objectives.
  • Evaluate and report system performance, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Start up new processes at customer sites and transfer technology to field process engineers.
  • Collaborate with customers and field personnel to define specific projects and execute CIP projects to enhance processes.
  • Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.
  • Present and publish papers about your results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor/MEMS/nano technology processes and interest in the field.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex process issues.

Travel Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel internationally and domestically up to 30% of the time for system training, process installation, and qualification.
