Job Title: QA Automation Expert

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation professional to spearhead our automated testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java, ensuring seamless execution and efficient test coverage.
  • Perform thorough ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, guaranteeing accurate results and minimal errors.
  • Utilize SQL queries to validate data at the source, staging, and target systems, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct comprehensive UI testing to ensure functional correctness of web applications, highlighting any defects or areas for improvement.
  • Verify that data displayed in the UI accurately reflects the underlying database, ensuring end-to-end consistency and reliability.
  • Identify, analyze, and report defects in a timely manner, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing business impact.
  • Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable test frameworks and components, streamlining automation efforts and improving overall efficiency.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage, traceability, and adherence to QA standards, maintaining a high level of quality and excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4–6 years of experience in QA Automation Testing, with a strong focus on Selenium WebDriver and Java expertise.
  • Hands-on experience in ETL/Data Warehouse testing, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and reliable results.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for data validation, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data discrepancies.
  • Experience in TestNG / JUnit frameworks, with a solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Lifecycle principles.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.), with a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
