About the Role

  • The Customer Data Platform (CDP) team is seeking a fresher to join its ranks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in MarTech and data engineering, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and work with marketing technology tools for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Gain hands-on experience in the customer data lifecycle – collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Perform data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
