Software Engineer - AI Product Development

About this role

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team focused on developing cutting-edge AI products. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing server-based applications for enterprise environments.

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing/implemented server-based applications for enterprise environments.
  • Good understanding of RDBMS databases like SQL and query optimization is necessary.
  • Experience in backend development with C++ and Microsoft Visual Studio is required.
  • Understanding of the latest C++ development standards is needed.
  • Good knowledge of algorithms, STL containers, and data structures is required.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, handling big data, server architecture (load balancing, multi-threading, logging, etc.), microservices and highly scalable, testable code is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Solr, Lucene, Elastic Search engines is an asset.
  • Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, code versioning, testing & debugging tools is required.
  • Knowledge of product development methodologies and modern software design is necessary.
  • Knowledge of other development languages like C# and .NET framework is an asset.
  • Prioritizing teamwork and high-quality outcomes is essential.
