Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with instrumentation and experience in DCS 800 X manufacturing environments
  • Repair and calibration of process field equipment's such as mass flow meters, temperature, pressure, level transmitters, load cell systems, networking and communication (Profibus), DCS panels trouble shooting
  • Guiding the maintenance team in solving breakdowns and implementing effective preventive maintenance plans to achieve higher uptime/equipment reliability
  • Implementing Corrective Action Plans

Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma (Instrumentation) with 3-7 years of experience
  • Experience in equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and maintenance & repair
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques
