Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our mobile products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles, platform-specific patterns, and technical constraints.

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering product roadmaps that meet business objectives and customer needs. This includes conducting market research, analyzing user behavior, and identifying opportunities for growth.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and on budget
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success

Requirements:

  • 12-14 years of career experience with at least 8 years of product management experience in technology products
  • Proven experience launching and iterating on B2B or B2C mobile apps at scale
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles, platform-specific patterns, and technical constraints
  • Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams – developers, designers, QA, and product stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, make data-driven trade-offs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: Experience working with event-tech or SaaS companies is a plus.
