Estimation Leader

The Estimation Leader plays a pivotal role in managing the cost estimation process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.

This position requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and lead complex projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the estimation process for projects, assessing quantities and material costs with precision.
  • Review and validate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads, guaranteeing compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and project management teams to gather essential data for cost estimation.
  • Oversee and mentor junior estimators, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of their work.
  • Prepare final cost reports and support the estimation manager in presenting estimates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in estimation, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and team management skills.
