Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop, test, simulate, and deploy high-assurance smart contracts in Aiken.
  2. Design and implement complex on-chain logic for DeFi protocols and marketplaces.
  3. Collaborate with backend developers to design integration between Cardano's blockchain and client platforms.
  4. Perform rigorous code reviews and uphold the highest standards of smart contract development.

What We're Looking For (Essential Qualifications):

  • A developer who embodies Cardano expertise with proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts on the Cardano blockchain.
  • DeFi/Building Expertise: Direct experience building Marketplaces, DEXs, token liquidity pools, OrderBooks & Cardano tokenomics models or sophisticated markets on Cardano.
  • Aiken & Haskell Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience with Aiken and strong grasp of Haskell and functional programming principles.
  • Architectural Mastery: Strong, practical understanding of the UTXO model, Plutus scripts, and the entire Cardano stack.
  • Security-First Mindset: Unwavering commitment to writing gas-efficient, robust, and supremely secure code.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to seamlessly integrate on-chain logic with off-chain backend infrastructure built by our team.
