As an Agile Governance expert, you will support delivery processes, focusing on governance, transparency, and efficiency across digitally built assets. You will have hands-on experience or deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies, working closely with teams to monitor performance, maintain compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement using tools like Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Governance Support: Ensure ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) align with governance policies.
  • Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown, team capacity) to leadership.
  • Facilitate adherence to delivery standards and best practices across teams.
    • Team Collaboration: Support Teams in backlog hygiene and sprint readiness.
    • Coordinate dependencies and highlight risks or blockers to delivery.
      • Azure DevOps Management: Monitor work item lifecycle in Azure DevOps (user stories, tasks, bugs).
      • Maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation related to sprints and delivery governance.
      • Ensure teams effectively use boards and automation features.
        • Asset Oversight: Track lifecycle and usage of developed platforms/products.
        • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure assets meet governance needs.
          • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance Agile processes through automation, tooling, or updated frameworks.
          • Conduct retrospectives to recommend governance enhancements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps – boards, queries, dashboards.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master Certification.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to enterprise governance models or PMO functions.
