Project Lead for Model Line Development

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product planning and controlling of projects, working in collaboration with the Platform Leader to ensure alignment on targets and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IPCs received from the Platform Leader and coordinate their implementation with the Cross Functional Team.
  • Plan, set up, and execute project structures, including commonality expectations and R-Flows related to projects.
  • Collaborate with the Cross Functional Team to agree on targets (CTQ) and monitor progress and completion of tasks.
  • Make informed decisions regarding problem resolution within the Cross Functional Team and propose necessary changes to the Platform Leader.
  • Develop cost improvement programs for projects and monitor their implementation and evolution during project execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills and experience in product development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
