Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to craft high-quality technical documentation that effectively communicates complex information to diverse audiences. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating user manuals, product specifications, training materials, FAQs, release notes, and online help guides.

Key responsibilities include researching and gathering information, conducting interviews with subject matter experts, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical details within documentation.

You will also be responsible for tailoring content to appropriate audience levels, using clear language and appropriate terminology for both technical and non-technical users.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation sets for embedded and IOT devices design and development
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary details for documentation
  • Use authoring tools like Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and MadCap Flare to create high-quality documents
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent writing and editing skills, along with a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology related to the industry or product area.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and basic understanding of visual design principles
