Job Overview

The Graphic Artist/3D Visualizer plays a pivotal role in effectively communicating project concepts and visuals to clients through high-quality images and real-time rendering output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of real-time rendering software including Envision by Chaos, D5 Render, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Blender, Twin Motion

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong technical understanding of composition tools and digital workflows
  • Have a keen eye for art, lighting, composition, and imagery
  • Deliver quality work within deadlines under pressure
  • Work effectively as a team player and contribute during extended efforts when needed
  • Maintain self-organization, passion, and energy in their work approach

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop
  • Experienced in creating workflows for real-time rendering software
  • Degree/Diploma in Visualization, Architecture, or equivalent technical field from an accredited institute
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a professional creative environment
  • Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD
  • Ability to interpret and model from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations
  • Skilled in photorealistic rendering and visualization techniques
  • High professional integrity, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Strong collaborative and proactive work ethic
  • Ability to explore and adopt new technologies (hardware/software) to improve quality, efficiency, and expand visualization capabilities
