Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Infasta Soft Solutions. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and networking events.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and help manage candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
  • Assist in creating and managing candidate engagement strategies to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand job requirements and develop candidate profiles.
  • Provide administrative support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Help prepare recruitment reports and metrics for internal reviews.
