Job Role: Ad Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage high-performing advertising campaigns on Google Performance Max and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Focus on targeting small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the USA, with a keen eye on optimizing campaign structures, ad creatives, copywriting, audience targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Deliver actionable insights through weekly reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), revenue-on-ad-spend (ROAS), and lead quality.
  • Take ownership of campaign performance and ensure that lead and sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales/marketing teams to align efforts, optimize landing pages, and drive results.
Requirements:
  • Essential certifications in Google and Meta Ads advertising.
  • Proven experience in running large-scale advertising campaigns for SMBs, particularly those focused on Google Performance Max and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the North American SMB market, including customer behavior patterns and preferences.
  • Ability to design and implement conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structures to maximize performance.
  • Expertise in lead generation strategies, ROAS optimization, and scalable budget management.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, with a strong commitment to delivering results.
