We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our growing QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing system specifications and business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle, designing and executing test cases for web and mobile platforms, performing regression, functional, integration, and UI testing for e-commerce features, identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla, validating fixes and conducting re-testing as needed, working closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review system specifications and business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
  • Design and execute test cases for web and mobile platforms
  • Perform regression, functional, integration, and UI testing for e-commerce features
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
  • Validate fixes and conduct re-testing as needed
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience as a Manual QA Tester
  • Proven experience testing e-commerce platforms or applications
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), system testing life cycles (STLC), and defect lifecycles
  • Hands-on experience with test case management tools like TestRail or Zephyr
  • Experience working with issue tracking tools like JIRA
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with cross-browser and mobile testing
