Rialtes Technologies and Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Oracle Implementation Architect to lead the transition from NetSuite to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) for semiconductor industry clients. As a critical member of our team, you will oversee and execute the full lifecycle of the transition, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for optimal performance.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 successful Oracle EBS implementation projects in a lead or architect role, preferably in the semiconductor industry. They will also have a proven track record in migrating systems from NetSuite to Oracle EBS and strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement.
In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will be able to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions in an enterprise environment.
The key qualifications for this role include a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Oracle analyst with deep expertise in the semiconductor industry, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and certified Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) professional or equivalent certification.
