Frontend Developer

We are seeking a seasoned frontend developer to drive the development of high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Lead concurrent technical projects, work closely with clients to gather requirements, and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team.
  • Create, assign, and track tasks across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualification & Skill-Set:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Proficiency in React.js and state management libraries.
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools.
  • Experience on server-side web technologies would be preferred.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to cloud environments and deployment of front-end applications.
  • Experience working with micro-frontends or large-scale front-end architectures.
  • Knowledge of containerization for front-end environments.
  • Prior experience in leading technical initiatives or cross-functional projects.
  • Contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
