Job Title: ML Pipeline Architect

Description:

We are seeking an experienced ML pipeline architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing robust machine learning pipelines using Azure Machine Learning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Development: Design and implement efficient ML pipelines using Azure Machine Learning services, collaborate with data scientists to transition models from development to production, and possess strong knowledge of Azure Databricks.
  • Automation and CI/CD: Automate training, deployment, and monitoring of ML models using Azure DevOps, and implement CI/CD practices for model updates and versioning.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor deployed models to ensure operational standards, troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ML models.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain documentation of ML processes and pipelines, and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, provide technical support and guidance on ML best practices.

Technical Skills:

  • Mandatory: Azure MLOps, Azure Databricks, Python, PyTorch
  • Additional: TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure Monitor, Application Insights
  • Programming Languages: Python or R
  • Databases: Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database
