Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to safeguard our systems, networks, and data against internal and external threats.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage security tools and infrastructure to protect against cyber threats.
  • Monitor systems and networks for potential security breaches and investigate violations.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
  • Respond to security incidents and lead incident response activities, including root cause analysis and remediation.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices and secure SDLC.
  • Manage firewalls, antivirus, EDR, SIEM, DLP, and IDS/IPS tools.
  • Maintain documentation related to security architecture, incidents, and processes.
  • Conduct security awareness training for staff and developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Solid understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, proxies, and endpoint protection.
  • Proficiency with SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and forensic tools.
  • Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Strong understanding of network and web-related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001.
