Senior Compliance Auditor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compliance Auditor to lead our auditing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social compliance and auditing, with a proven track record of conducting complex audits and providing expert recommendations.

Auditing Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits for various clients, ensuring adherence to international labor standards and human rights guidelines.
  • Develop and implement audit plans using a systematic and risk-based approach to identify areas of non-compliance.
  • Analyze audit findings and provide detailed reports including recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop corrective action plans ensuring timely implementation and verification of improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit activities including client interactions audit findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law HR Occupational Health and Safety or Environment with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance CTPAT auditing with at least 200 social compliance audit days verifiable.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor CSCA certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of International and local labor standards and human rights issues is desired.
  • Frequent travel in domestic and occasional travel to overseas as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SA8000 Auditor Certification RBA BSCI Certification Higg or equivalent.
