We are seeking an experienced SQL Server database professional to join our team.

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available database solutions (e.g., SQL Server)
  • Monitor and optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and storage management
  • Lead database capacity planning, disaster recovery strategy, and backup/restore processes
  • Implement and enforce database security controls including encryption, access controls, and auditing
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to support software releases and schema changes
  • Automate routine database operations using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Expertise in SQL Server, with working knowledge of other RDBMS
  • Strong proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance analysis tools
  • Experience with HA/DR solutions and database security
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting
