Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing large-scale events, conferences, and social gatherings. They must possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ensure all operational processes are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and revenue increase.

Critical Skills:

  • Proven track record in hospitality management, preferably in catering or event planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and technology.
Safety and Quality
