Job Responsibilities
The primary role of the Customer Service Executive will be to provide exceptional customer service to passengers, handle complaints and feedback, and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
