Nursing Responsibilities at Trust-in Hospital NMPC Healthcare Pvt Ltd
The primary role of a nurse at our hospital involves advocating and caring for individuals and supporting them through health and illness. As a nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct care to assigned patients, including taking their nursing history, summarizing data, and stating nursing diagnoses and patient care needs.
- Observing and recording signs, symptoms, and behaviors, including the physiological status of patients, and presenting the assessment of changes and proposed revisions to interventions and desired outcomes.
- Delivering designated nursing interventions to assigned patients that are consistent with the stated medical plan of care.
- Performing admission, discharge, and transfer procedures, and assisting others with patient activities and care.
- Executing physician's orders for all assigned patients, safely and properly administering medications and treatments.
- Notifying appropriate nursing and medical staff to changes in the patient's status.
- Independently performing duties and assuming responsibility for the care of assigned patients.
- Performing techniques and routines in the specialty service area.
- Performing or assisting others to perform proper aseptic techniques, isolation procedures, and infection control measures.
- Documenting nursing care in all assigned patient records.
- Maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records at all times.
- Evaluating care given, including patient response.
