We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our growing preconstruction team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in preparing cost estimates, developing scopes of work, and collaborating with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing detailed scopes of work based on design documents and project specifications.
- Coordinate and perform subcontractor outreach for pricing, ensuring broad and inclusive bid coverage.
- Support senior estimators in quantity take-offs, bid leveling, and the preparation of final bids.

Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in multifamily or affordable housing.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
