Medical Science Expert for AI Model Development

We are seeking an expert in medical science to contribute to the development and improvement of AI systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline and strong analytical skills to apply medical knowledge to real-world datasets and AI systems.
  • They should be familiar with clinical research standards, peer-reviewed publishing, or lab-based research methodologies, and have attention to detail and ability to critically evaluate medical content for accuracy and clarity.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include creating, reviewing, or annotating high-quality medical and scientific content and datasets, performing quality assurance on model-generated outputs, analyzing and interpreting AI behavior, and supporting the development of guidelines for medical content generation and annotation.

Preferred qualifications include experience with AI/ML concepts, data annotation, programming, or biomedical informatics, as well as knowledge of machine learning pipelines, NLP, or LLMs.

What You'll Do
  • Create and curate medical and scientific datasets for AI system training and evaluation.
  • Perform quality checks on model-generated outputs for clinical and scientific accuracy.
  • Conduct domain-specific research to guide model improvements.
Requirements
  • PhD in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply medical knowledge to real-world datasets and AI systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to critically evaluate medical/scientific content for accuracy and clarity.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts, data annotation, programming, or biomedical informatics (preferred).
