Job Title: Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Modelling: Design and develop advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business challenges.
  • Research & Development: Conduct in-depth research and experimentation to innovate and improve data science methodologies.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
  • Strategy Support: Perform hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and optimization to support strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Publish internal technical reports and contribute to research papers/patents.
  • Professional Growth: Stay updated with the latest research trends in AI/ML, deep learning, NLP, and data analytics.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and provide thought leadership within the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in applying machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques to real-world problems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with expertise in libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale data platforms.
  • Strong background in mathematics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
  • Experience with research publication or contribution to open-source projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
