About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate – MBBS Counselling. This individual will play a crucial role in guiding aspiring doctors in pursuing MBBS abroad from top international destinations.

\

In this position, you will engage with students and parents, manage end-to-end admissions, and ensure a smooth journey for students aiming to study medicine abroad.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Engagement & Counseling
  • Provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals.
  • Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions.

Application Management

\
  • Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions.
  • Coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing.
  • Keep students updated on application status and additional requirements.
\

Post-Registration Support

\
  • Guide students through visa applications and document preparation.
  • Conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families.
  • Resolve last-mile queries before departure.
\

Post-Flying Support

\
  • Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad.
  • Act as a liaison between students and universities.
  • Offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.
\

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\
  • Prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Empathy and a student-first approach.
  • Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is preferred.
