**Digital Factory Delivery Lead Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Digital Factory Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of a cutting-edge digital factory application with key stakeholders.

Digital Factory Delivery Lead Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of digital factory squads within the customer journey, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Develop and implement high-level organizational goals and objectives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and ensure effective governance.
  • Manage budgets for technology spend within your span of control, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the scope of services, organization model, and key processes required to deliver services are properly executed in line with the overall factory model. This includes managing relationships with procurement, portfolio managers, and suppliers within the factory model.

Key Skills and Abilities
  • Significant IT and business/industry work experience in a digital factory model, including managing multiple large cross-functional teams or projects.
  • Experience in claims & P&C is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills adapted to different audiences and effective consensus building within the digital factory.
  • Adept at vendor management, both commercially and interpersonally, with a clear understanding of digital factory models.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of modern application development using cloud and microservices architecture.
  • Ability to articulate problems, create solutions, and present analysis with proper detail and rigor.
  • Thought leader in implementing agile practices with experience leading teams through change.
  • Previous experience leading development and delivery teams in delivering high-quality, low-defect solutions.

Desired skills include highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision, stakeholder management, and adaptable planning and organization skills.
