About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of TrakSys, preferably versions 11 and 12, as well as a strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of TrakSys MES solutions tailored to client requirements. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze manufacturing process requirements, customizing and configuring TrakSys workflows, data collection, and reporting modules, and integrating TrakSys MES with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.

A key aspect of this role is to provide expert support and troubleshooting for MES-related issues, mentor and guide junior team members on TrakSys best practices and technical skills, ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality controls through MES, document system configurations, processes, and changes for future reference and audits, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MES performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of TrakSys MES solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Integrate TrakSys MES with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.

• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality controls through MES.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of TrakSys, preferably versions 11 and 12.
• Strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their implementation.
• Deep understanding of MES architecture and integration with enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain MES platforms to ensure smooth operations.
• Familiarity with software development and customization within TrakSys environments.
• Knowledge of interfacing MES solutions with ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
• Understanding of related technologies such as .NET, C#, SQL, and JavaScript is beneficial.
