Job Title: Junior Project/Scrum Manager Trainee

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to assist in project planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities in alignment with business objectives.
  • Support Scrum ceremonies such as weekly meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Generate reports on project progress and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of project outcomes.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Update project documentation, reports, and dashboards (e.g., Jira/Confluence).
  • Apply expertise in JIRA to maintain project workflows, monitor KPIs, and support Agile ceremonies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Learn and apply project management methodologies under the mentorship of senior managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of professional work experience preferably in IT, software development, or project coordination roles.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or similar).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
