Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in the power sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing regulatory filings, determining tariffs, preparing petitions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

  • Handle regulatory submissions, tariff calculations, and petitions before regulatory commissions/power utilities.
  • Draft, compile, and submit regulatory petitions, compliance reports, responses to queries, and objections raised by commissions or stakeholders.
  • Conduct regulatory analysis on existing policies, tariff orders, and guidelines to ensure alignment with statutory frameworks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical / Power / Energy or related discipline, with a postgraduate degree in Finance or Power Management.
  • Minimum six years of relevant experience in the power sector regulatory framework.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in regulatory submissions, tariff determinations, and petitions before state electricity regulatory commissions/central electricity regulatory commission.
