As an Executive Secretary, you will play a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to the CSM/LN. This will involve ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the administration of the Emergency Care and Older Peoples Services directorate.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and confidential secretarial support to the CSM/LN, including responding to correspondence, preparing reports, and managing diaries. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and files, and to contribute to the development of policies and procedures within the department.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent administrative skills and experience in providing support to senior managers. You will also require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, you will need to be confident and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
