Handset Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Device Technician to join our team at Jio. As a Mobile Device Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining mobile devices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of spares operations, CRM systems, and handset repair techniques. You will also be responsible for interacting with customers, handling queries, and recording job entries in our Customer Relationship Management portal.

Key responsibilities include:

• Repairing handsets by replacing PCBs, charging connectors, and other components
• Troubleshooting handset defects and upgrading software
• Assembling and dismantling smartphones

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required qualifications include:

• 0 - 4 Years of experience
• 10+2 / ITI / Diploma
• Certification in Device Care (Preferred)
