Job Description:


As a Test Automation Engineering Lead, you will provide expert professional leadership and solutions for creating test automation and continuous improvement on existing test automation framework.

You will work in a high-performance, high-frequency, enterprise technology environment and collaborate with other Automation specialists as well as the Engineering teams to identify automation solutions for Unit Testing, Systems Testing, and Integration testing needs.

Responsibilities:
Document, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for automation solutions as a member of our team.
Focus on techniques for defect prevention rather than identifying defects as part of quality assurance efforts.

Enhance personnel scale with heat matrices to drive Quality and Development Engineering personnel with the highest priority interfaces and where not to focus their time.

Estimate and re-estimate testing effort on projects while recognizing and communicating dependencies in cross-functional testing and data to complete estimates.

Mentor and train new & existing team members and be accountable for growth and efficiencies with quality automation suites and harnesses.
Use empirical data to influence user story definitions, acceptance criteria, and engineering designs through feedback process completion.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in testing automation engineer in a large corporate environment is necessary for this position.
Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility with business users/stakeholders is also required.
Experience working with web and APIs in On-Prem and AWS environment is preferred.
