As an Accounts Receivable Manager at Firstsource, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving cash flow through effective accounts receivable management.

You will be responsible for maintaining a database of all inputs used in invoicing and providing input for statutory and internal audit requirements. This will involve tracking SLA compliance and impact of non-compliance, reconciling revenues with accounting, and conducting audits to ensure overall compliance against contractual agreements and SLA parameters.

Additionally, you will need to maintain a good understanding of contracts related to the business, ensure timely billing with accuracy, and analyze data received from input sources to check on compliance to contract and billing requirement. You will also need to track service credits and its impact on business, and keep track of revenue loss.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent analytical skills, with the ability to operate independently and be a self-starter. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience in a Revenue MIS role would be advantageous.
