About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Systems Transformation Lead to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Finance Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our financial processes, improving forecasting accuracy, and enhancing governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business organizations to implement process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement projects
  • Identify and drive efficiency opportunities within current FP&A processes and solutions
  • Execute finance transformation projects, governance, and development of process documentation and training materials
  • Develop and execute system testing to properly account for FP&A functions
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation
  • Develop project updates and internal communication within the organization and present information in cross-functional meetings by using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience managing projects and process improvements within the FP&A cycle, with 2+ years of experience with finance transformation related experience preferred
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle with expertise in planning and execution of user acceptance testing
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple functions, and manage and implement new processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute assignments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Proven extensive technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), as well as thorough abilities utilizing Google Suite
  • Experience with financial systems, SAC, Anaplan, S/4HANA, SAP ERP ECC & RAR, BI, Blackline, Tableau, and SFDC are preferred

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
