Job Title: Electronics Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in inspecting electronic assemblies, cable harnesses, and PCB units. The role requires strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct environmental tests such as thermal cycling, vibration, humidity, altitude, shock, and ingress protection (IP) tests on electronic units.
  • Perform EMI/EMC testing as per applicable military, automotive, or aerospace standards.
  • Prepare and verify test setups, fixtures, and monitoring instruments.
  • Ensure test parameters are maintained as per the test plan, and anomalies are reported.
  • Assist in the configuration and operation of data acquisition systems and EMI/EMC test receivers.
  • Document all test procedures, results, and observations accurately and generate detailed test reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot failures and support root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with lab safety and calibration requirements.
  • Participate in audits and maintain readiness for regulatory inspections.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the lab.
