The role of a Compensation Analyst involves supporting the Human Resources team in various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include updating market reference points and maintaining employee job and compensation-related data in HR systems.
Additionally, this position requires performing recurring and ad-hoc HR data audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Collaboration with the HRIS Team is also necessary to identify and test system enhancements that improve efficiency.
A successful candidate will be able to create and manage market reference points, process employee compensation changes, and adapt to special projects assigned by the Compensation Directors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
