","Required Skills & Qualifications","
  • Expert-level backend development skills in Python, Java, C#, or Golang with strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures.","
  • Advanced data and messaging skills, including Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.","
  • Proficient cloud technologies skills, including AWS, GCP, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo).","
  • Strong system design and architecture skills, including microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, reusable frameworks, and shared libraries.","
  • Preferred AI and innovation skills, including adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, vector databases, and AI-first engineering practices.","
  • Collaboration and leadership skills, including technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, and org-wide technical direction.

You will drive technical direction, cross-team execution, and elevate the engineering bar by creating scalable systems, shaping engineering culture, and championing AI-first innovation.

Key responsibilities include defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams; leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives; owning critical technical decisions; championing adoption of observability, testing, security, and quality standards; mentoring engineers; guiding adoption of AI-first practices; and collaborating with stakeholders to influence org-wide strategies and architecture reviews.
