Senior Planning Engineer Position Overview

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring timely delivery and maximum efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Perform project control and monitoring activities, including progress verification and reporting.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

**Education and Certifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is desirable.

**Work Experience:**

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in project planning and execution in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience working onshore and offshore projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

**Skills and Competencies:**

  • Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project control software such as Primavera.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
