Job Role for Creative Designer

We're seeking a skilled UI & Graphic Designer to develop impactful visual content and drive customer engagement across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage visual content such as ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and drive customer engagement across social media and eCommerce platforms.
  • Lead the design and user experience of the eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's aesthetics and meets marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies, while conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and optimize design decisions.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed, while contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with strong proficiency in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.
