PulsePoint is a healthcare technology company using real-time data to transform the healthcare industry.

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist, R&D to join our team. The successful candidate will build and deliver insightful reporting and data-driven solutions.

The Big Picture:

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our data infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights. This includes building predictive models, creating data visualizations, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain data infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Build predictive models and create data visualizations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Research and implement new data products or capabilities
  • Automate data visualization and reporting capabilities
  • Synthesize raw data into actionable insights
  • Evaluate and approve additional data partners or data assets
  • Enhance PulsePoint's data reporting and insights generation capability
  • Act as the 'Subject Matter Expert' to help internal teams understand platform capabilities

Requirements:

Required qualifications:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in data science and statistics
  • Highly proficient knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Python
  • Data analysis and manipulation skills
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics or closely related field
  • Knowledge of Distributed Systems, PySpark, Containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes
  • Proven experience of experimentation methods and Stats modeling

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with ELT, Tableau/Looker/PowerBI, automation, and Google Cloud Architecture
  • Able to organize large data sets and tell a story
  • Familiarity with health-related data sets and programmatic/adtech
