Job Title: Visual Creative

Koffeetech Communications is a fast-growing digital-first marketing agency where creativity meets strategy.

We blend design, content, and digital storytelling to build impactful brand experiences. Our team is seeking a talented creative professional to join our team and bring ideas to life through exceptional visual work and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and layouts.
  • Create static and motion creatives for digital platforms including social media, web, and ads.
  • Collaborate with the creative team, including copywriters and art directors, to develop campaign ideas.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery.
  • Provide quick turnarounds on urgent creative requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in a creative or advertising agency as a Visualizer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
