As a UX/UI Designer, you'll work on complex interaction models for AI-driven tools, balancing data clarity, human-centered design, and regulatory needs. You'll collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless experiences that balance automation with user control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive experiences.
  • Design for transparency, trust, and explainability.
  • Contribute to our internal design system.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of UX/UI design experience with fintech exposure.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking and clean UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI).

Bonus Points:

  • Experience designing for fintech platforms.
  • Understanding of agent-based systems or AI explainability patterns.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and regulatory considerations.
