We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team at Finastra. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of platform applications and services on the ServiceNow platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Principal developer for ITSM applications (incident, problem and change management).
- Leads the development of solutions on the ServiceNow platform using best practices.
- Partners with ServiceNow Business Analysts to understand functional and technical requirements and possible solutions.
- Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion.
- Works closely with the ServiceNow functional team and external development partners to build requested items.

**Requirements:**
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in effectively coordinating multiple initiatives and working with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously, efficiently and within a pre-determined time frame
- Flexible to work in a constantly changing, high-pressure environment
- Ability to build effective relationships with a range of team members, stakeholders, partners, and business users
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience (required)
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification (required)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (required).
