Job Description:
  As a key member of our Fiber Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fiber rollout and operations across various clusters. Your primary objective will be to increase fiber penetration for mobility and enterprise services by executing projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and operationalize cluster operating models to meet organizational requirements.
  2. Collaborate with circle teams and Managed Service Partners to deliver project and operational KPIs and SLAs.
  3. Optimize fiber infrastructure to ensure high-standard network uptime and optimal utilization of Capex.
  4. Implement cost-effective operating models and reduce Opex costs through network optimization and AMC management.
  5. Foster innovative solutions for varied customers, including TSPs, OTTs, smart cities, and government projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  To excel in this role, you should possess 12-15 years of experience in telecom, with expertise in fiber planning, project operations, and transport operations model technologies such as DWDM, SDH, EoSDH IP MPLS, TE, QoS, and commercial understanding for contract closure and agreements with vendors.
  You should also have excellent analytical skills, team-building abilities, and interpersonal relationship skills to excel in cross-functional projects and ensure best customer experience.
