The Role

The BIM Manager will be responsible for implementing, managing, and adopting Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies for the project.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the creation, maintenance, and coordination of BIM models to ensure accuracy, up-to-dateness, and reflection of real-time project progress.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and maintain BIM standards and protocols
  • Develop, review, and implement BIM execution plans (BEPs)
  • Conduct model audits, lead clash detection, efficient resolution, and quality control reviews
  • Develop Revit families and maintain library
  • Mentor a team of BIM modelers
  • Provide technical support and training to project teams
  • Focus on continuous improvement and preparation of BIM budget

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or relevant engineering

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in BIM software (ACC, BIM 360, Revit, Auto CAD, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of BIM principles
  • Experience with clash detection and model coordination
