Job Title: Executive - Accounts Payable

Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and employee expenses in a timely and accurate manner, as well as coordinating with the purchase team to resolve any issues related to invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices and employee expenses accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with the purchase team to resolve invoice-related issues.
  • Prepare payment proposals and process vendor payments.
  • Conduct regular vendor reconciliations and resolve any payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support the finance team during monthly and yearly account closings.
  • Familiarize yourself with GST, TDS, and company policies regarding payment processing.
  • Assist during internal and external audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Commerce or Accounting.
  • 3-4 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Proficient in SAP (FI/MM module) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of GST and TDS rules.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
