**Job Title:** Product Development Engineer\
We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team in product development. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
\
  • Design and prototype new product lines, including wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights on consumer trends to inform product development.
  • Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures using finite element analysis (FEA) validation.
  • Integrate motors, batteries, and control systems with structural design.
  • Collaborate with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery.
  • Conduct testing for durability, safety, and compliance.
  • Optimize materials and processes for cost, weight, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes.

**Qualifications:**
\
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2-4 years' experience in product development (mobility, automotive, or structural products).
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping.
  • Exposure to electric vehicle or mechatronic systems is a plus.
